Heating system of ERT calendar press is an electrically oil-filled-heated drum that ensures consistent heat throughout the width of the drum. It is equipped with a triple unwind/rewind system for roll to roll heat transfer printing.
ERT's printable width can be up to 3600mm, and its hard chrome drum diameter ranges from 420mm to 1000mm. With 230℃ of temperature and higher felt coverage, ERT calendar heat presses can achieve higher production speed than other comparable press machines on the market.
